A traditional two-bed terraced cottage on a quiet backstreet within the walled town and World Heritage site, Conwy Castle. A small but bustling waterfront town full of history, boutique shops, small cafes, bistros and, pubs. Just outside the Northern reaches of the Snowdonia National Park.

This charming two bedroom cottage retains a host of original features, with open beams, latch doors and a delightful little courtyard at the rear of the house, perfect for a morning coffee. Both bedrooms and the bathroom are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a luxuriously oversized single (4'wide). The small bathroom has a short tub (4'4" long) with shower over. The ground floor is a beautiful open plan living space with exposed beams, fitted kitchen and lounge dining area. The lounge area has comfortable seating for three a smart TV and dining table, and a lovely original fireplace with log burner for those winter evenings by the fire.
Facilities include full central heating, washing machine located in the outside shed, fridge freezer, microwave, WiFi, and smart TV. Bed linen and towels are supplied. This is a no-smoking property. Roadside parking for one small car in front of the cottage. Please note: you are not permitted to charge an electric vehicle here, the nearest charge points are the Tesco and Lidl car parks about 2 miles away.

Location

Situated on a quiet backstreet within the medieval walled town of Conwy with its impressive castle and welcoming atmosphere, Gull cottage is full of charm and character. The town itself lies close to the northernmost boundary of the Snowdonia National Park, just minutes from the Victorian resort town of Llandudno on the North Coast. Your options to explore from the town are limitless with boat trips from the quay, train journeys from the local station down the valley line to Betws Y Coed and beyond to join up with the highland steam railway to see the World Heritage Slate Landscape. You can walk to the National Park, the RSPB reserve, and even Morfa Beach (about 1.4 miles) with its wide sandy shores which look out towards Anglesey. All this and you have not even scratched the surface of this beautiful area of North Wales.

    A well maintained property, in an ideal position in the centre of the town. The amenities were second to none, and ideal ( in our case ) for a winter retreat too, as centrally heated. Would strongly recommend.
