Commission Structure:
Any bookings from existing customers are subject to a flat 3%. Any bookings from new customers will generate a 5% commission. (We define existing customers as any person that has previously booked a holiday with us, and defined by automatic verification so will always get the deserved commission level).
All commission is based on the rental value of the property only, and does not include agency or owners extras, such as admin fees or security deposits which are refundable.
We offer a 30 day cookie.
Payment & Verification Terms:
Our program has a standard 12-month verification period from the point of tracked sale. HOWEVER, this does not mean you will have to wait this long to be paid.
We will manually verify each sale (booking) at the end of each month that it is consumed. This allows us to pay out only on bookings that are not cancelled by the guest or owner, or impacted by outside forces. Our manual checks ensure all affiliates get paid as soon as possible for all bookings which do take place. Any bookings that are made beyond the 12-month period (for example, bookings made 18-months into the future) will only be subject to the 12-month verification and will not be adjusted beyond this.

PPC Affiliates: Brand terms – Affiliates are NOT permitted to bid on any brand terms, including misspells and other variants.
This includes, but is not limited to: -“North Wales Holiday Cottages” -“NWHC” -“North Wales Cottages”
Affiliates are NOT permitted to bid on any registered domain names including, but not limited to: -“northwalesholidaycottages”, “nwhc.co.uk” and “Hnorthwalesholidaycottages.co.uk”
Cottage Terms - Affiliates are NOT permitted to bid on holiday property or development names marketed by northwalesholidaycottages.co.uk.
Direct Linking - Affiliates ARE permitted to link directly to the northwalesholidaycottages.co.uk website and ARE permitted to use the northwalesholidaycottages.co.uk brand name in display URL only.
Voucher Code / cash back / loyalty affiliates:
We, northwalesholidaycottages.co.uk do not offer an open program for working with sites where promotion is around voucher codes, loyalty or cash back schemes. If you run such a site and want to discuss the possibility of working with us, please reach out to: jennifer.curtis@affiliatefuture.co.uk.
I'm ready. How do I join?
Our affiliate network of choice is Affiliate Future, so firstly you will need to sign up with them as a content Publisher and apply to our program. If you do not already have a publisher account, you will be asked to sign up, and then re-click the link to make your way back to the program and apply. There, we will approve you and you can start adding in trackable links and requesting creatives (banners or images).
