The high ground of Deganwy Vardre (the site of an ancient Welsh castle the predates Conwy Castle) provides a spectacular background to the beautiful coastline and a walk to the top affords a 360 degree view taking in Llandudno, Anglesey, Puffin Island, Conwy Mountain, Conwy town and the Conwy Valley.
