This delightful little cottage is in Capelulo, a hamlet on the edge of Dwygyfylchi, just below the Sychnant Pass, the original road beyween the town of Conwy and the coastal villages of Penmaenmawr and Llanfairfechan. With wonderful views, especially spectacular sunsets, Pant Glas is ideal for walking in the surrounding hills, and is in easy reach of a wonderful sandy beach. Less than fifteen miles to either Surf Snowdonia or Zip World for your adrenalin rush - or just three miles to more gentle Conwy town, with the castle, town walls and a great choice of cafes, shops and restaurants. I can't recommend this property enough! The very thoughtful owner had provided absolutely every conceivable convenience. Any item you could need for a comfortable stay was right there to hand. Plus the excellent bottle of wine, fresh eggs and homemade cake were lovely touches. Great little character cottage very convenient for the North Wales Expressway. Minutes to Conwy,. Bangor, Llandudno or the National Parklands. Highly recommended.

Cosy cottage in an ideal location for getting out on walks in the hills with stunning views and for wider exploring of the North wales. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and only wished we could stay longer.
  • 5 out of 5
Idyllic rural location, with walks in to the hills or down to the beach on the doorstep. Only a few minutes from the main A55 giving ease of access to other parts of North Wales

Have been renting cottages for many years now and this must be the cosiest and best equipped one of all. Not only that but the owners could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Known as Rhaeadr Fawr in Welsh, the waterfall measures almost 40 metres in height, formed by the Afon Goch flowing down the Carneddau foothills. They are found a short walk (roughly two miles) south of the village of Abergwyngregyn, and serve as the major attraction of the area. Well worth a visit, the walk is as enjoyable as seeing the falls.
