- Entry into the prize draw will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- This prize draw starts on 1st February 2016 and ends 30th June 2016.
- Eligibility for entry is within Mainland UK and Ireland for ages over 17 years.
- Employees of North Wales Holiday Cottages and any associated agencies are excluded from entering the prize draw.
- Submitting your name and address will be deemed as a valid entry.
- All submissions must be your own and North Wales Holiday Cottages cannot accept entries which are deemed to be submitted through automated technology.
- Entrants grant North Wales Holiday Cottages the license to use the winner’s name, image, voice and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the prizes. Promotion in all media may be undertaken without further notice and without the need to make payment.
- The winner agrees to participate in any publicity or other such promotional activities.
- Each individual may only submit an entry once.
- The competition prize is as followed: a 1 week stay in Llwynbedw Isaf, a 1-bedroom property.
- Prizes are non-negotiable. North Wales Holiday Cottages reserve the right to offer an alternative prize in the event that the original prize becomes unavailable.
- The winner will be selected using a random data selector. The decision of which is final.
- All winners will be announced within 30 days of the prize draw closing date. The winner will be contacted by email.
- Winners must confirm their acceptance of the prize within 14 days of notification. If the prize is not accepted within the stated time frame, a new winner will be selected using the method outlined above.
- Winners must book their stay within one month from date notified.
- Winners can book their stay on any available dates but not past 31st December 2016.
- North Wales Holiday Cottages reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event that this happens, this document will be updated with any amends.
