10am till sunset 7 days a week
free surf from £40.00, adult lesson from £60, kids £50. Wetsuit hire £6

Adventure Park Snowdonia (previously known as Surf Snowdonia) was the world's first artificial wave lagoon for surfing. As well as surfing there are a number of other attractions including climbing walls, indoor assault course, indoor caving, high ropes, zip lines, soft play and bike track. There is also a bar, restaurant and cafe. Definitely worth visiting if you are in the area.

Adventure Parc Snowdonia is the perfect place to learn or practice your advanced surfing skills. In a controlled environment a predictable wave is created every few minutes from around waist height at its highest point decreasing gradually at the sides and ends of the pool. At 300m in length you can surf a breaking wave for around 20 seconds (around 150m distance) and the waves gradually subside at the sides and ends of the lagoon which is where the learners surf. You can bring your own equipment or hire boards and wet suits

If surfing isn't your thing then there's plenty more to keep you occupied. The lagoon is also used for stand up paddle boarding and open water swimming or you can try non water realted activities like the climbing wall (indoor and outdoor), zip line and free fall tower, indoor "Ninja" assault course or pump track for bikes and skateboards (bring your own or hire them).

There's also a shop stocking a range of surfboards, wetsuits and clothing.

To end the day why not visit the onsite bar, restaurant or cafe? These open earlier and close later than the water based activities with service from 08:30am to 9pm

Mills were once a huge part of Welsh industry, but over the years the number still in use has declined. However, Trefriw is one of the few wool mills still in working use. Trefriw was originally a ‘pandy’ (fulling mill in English) and hand spun and woven cloth would be washed here. It used its position on the River Crafnant to drive the waterwheels and wash the wool.
