If you are after a traditional pub and restaurant on the Isle of Anglesey, then you can’t go wrong with the Owain Glyndwr, which you can find in the little village of Llanddona, not far from Beaumaris.

Llanddona is a lovely rural place, and the Owain Glyndwr is a lovely rural pub. It is the perfect place in which to relax and unwind after spending the day exploring the beautiful coast routes of Anglesey.

It is a family run establishment, one which offers up homemade meals ; the main food menu changes every week, and all meals are made fresh to order. The food is all locally sourced; expect to see dishes like baked sea bass and Anglesey Eggs. They are also happy to cater to a variety of dietary needs, and will adapt the majority of their main meals to be gluten-free. They also offer a good vegetarian selection.

The family own a pair of border collies, and are happy to welcome other dogs into their establishment, as long as they are clean and are on their best behaviour. http://www.ogdllanddona.co.uk/
