A modern first-floor maisonette with lovely views, comfortably sleeping four. Situated in a quiet residential area a short walk from Deganwy beach and just 2 miles from both Llandudno and Conwy.
Rivage is a first-floor maisonette arranged over two levels with
the reception hall, bathroom (corner bath and separate shower
cubicle and washbasin), WC (no hand basin), and king size bedroom
on the first floor. The second floor has a spacious twin bedroom
and a delightful open plan kitchen-lounge-diner with balcony and
fabulous views out over the sea towards Anglesey.
Facilities include full central heating, fridge with icebox,
dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cooker, Wifi, smart
TV. Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are
included in the tariff. This is a no-smoking property.

Location
In a quiet residential setting in the coastal village of Deganwy mid-way between the historic Castle town of Conwy and the resort town of Llandudno approximately two miles from each. The maisonette is situated to take advantage of the beautiful views of the sea, Anglesey, Puffin Island and Conwy Mountain and is just over 470 meters (500yds) from Deganwy Beach, and only a short drive from the Snowdonia National Park. Local branch line trains pass in a cutting between the beach and communal gardens during the day.- Pub 0.5 miles

We found Rivage a very comfortable property to stay in for 4 adults and 2 children. Very well decorated and clean with all the amenities you need for cooking etc, and at a sensible price

Comfortable property with fabulous view across to Anglesey and North Wales coast. The property was well equipped with everything needed provided, the WiFi was excellent.

The property is beautifully situated with stunning views over ther Conwy estuary, it was lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the boats coming back to the marina or watch the stunning sunsets.

Wonderfully located on the dramatic and beautiful Conwy Bay, the Conwy Golf Club provides a majestic backdrop to a game of eighteen holes. The course is a challenging one, as you will be battling the strong sea winds throughout the nearly 7000 yards that the links stretch over.
