A delightful modern house with off road parking in the west shore area of Llandudno, the famous Victorian resort town on the North Coast of Wales. Walking distance from the beach and all the town has to offer.

A modern semidetached house in the West shore area of Llandudno A lovely open plan 'L' shaped Living area with beautiful modern kitchen, good sized dining table and comfortable lounge area with large smart TV and electric fire. There is also a ground floor WC and door from the kitchen to the small back garden which is fully enclosed. On the first floor are the Master bedroom with King size bed and en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom (zip-and -link beds), a bunk bedroom and the family bathroom (bath with shower over. Facilities include full central heating, high speed internet access, smart tv, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, electric oven and induction hob, garden furniture (in the garage there is a washing machine, tumble dryer and bike storage). This is a no smoking property, and sorry, no pets allowed.

Location

Walking distance from the sandy West shore beach, miniature railway and beach cafe this beautiful modern house is ideal for a family holiday in Llandudno. The west shore is a sandier and quieter beach than than the North shore of Llandudno with its Victorian pier and promenade. Yet the whole seaside resort is on your doorstep with all its attractions, from the dry ski slope, cable cars, tramway, Great Orme nature reserve, museums, galleries, restaurants, pubs and cafes all just waiting to be discovered. A little further afield is the World Heritage site of Conwy Castle, the Snowdonia National Park and so much more.
