A home from home maisonette with amazing views across the Conwy estuary, a large dining room, well equipped kitchen and cosy living room to relax and enjoy the views. Great coastal location between Conwy and Llandudno.
This maisonette is ideal for families or groups. All 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor: a master bedroom with kingsize bed and open views across the estuary to Conwy, a twin bedroom also with views and a double bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms on a mid-level between the 2nd and 1st floors one with bath, wc and basin, the other with shower cubicle, wc and basin. The first floor has the main living room, overlooking the estuary, and a second living room with TV. On the mid-level between the ground and first floors are a galley style kitchen and a spacious dining room with doors leading out to a small enclosed courtyard. Also on this level is an additional wc. A large entrance and hallway is on the ground floor. There is no dedicated off road parking, parking is available in the public car park immediately opposite. This is a non smoking property.
Location
In the heart of the small coastal village of Deganwy between the Victorian sea side resort of Llandudno and the Castle town of Conwy on the North Wales coast. Wise Folly is a first floor maisonette (above a quality gift shop) with views out over the Conwy Estuary to Conwy Castle and the Snowdonia National Park. Situated on the main street within yards of the Wales Coastal Path, local train station (request stop only), restaurants, shops and the beach this is a great location with the mountains, history, culture and transportation all on your doorstep.
A short drive south, past the RSPB reserve Conwy, will take you inland towards Betws y Coed, the famous Bodnant Gardens and Bodnant Welsh Food Centre and the Snowdonia national Park. Twenty minutes down the coast road to the west brings you to the beautiful Aber Falls and then the university city of Bangor, inland to Bethesda and the World's fastest Zip Wire, the Isle of Anglesey or further west to Caernarfon Castle.

Cosy and comfortable but also with lots of space. fantastic views and excellently located between Conwy and llandudno with great transport links. Well equipped well presented. Very much a home from home and we hope to return in 2024.

Thank you for another fabulous stay at Wise Folly. Couldn’t ask for more from the property or the location. It has everything you could possibly need. Just over the road is access to the beach and we saw beautiful sunsets our first couple of nights.
