This wonderful, detached, four-bedroom house is set in the idyllic countryside of Anglesey has fabulous views over the fields towards the mountains of Snowdonia. Less than a mile from the historic market town of Llangefni. An excellent base for the whole family, with something for every generation, from a large grassy lawn, attractive pergola with fire pit, ground floor bedroom with ensuite (ideal for anyone who wants their own space).

The ground floor consists of a large kitchen breakfast room opening into a dining room with views over the large front lawn to the distant hills. The spacious lounge has an inglenook fireplace with log burner, 60" TV and access to the small sunroom, ideal for a morning cup of coffee looking out at the wildlife. There is also a good size hallway and downstairs WC. The ground floor bedroom has a double bed, ensuite shower room, a cosy sitting area, TV, and French doors out to the private decking space. The first floor has a wide landing leading to three bedrooms and the family bathroom (bath with shower over, bidet, WC and hand basin). There is one twin bedded room looking over the rear patio and the fields beyond. A double room with super views over open countryside to the hills and mountains of Snowdonia, and the master bedroom with king-size bed, chaise lounge, ensuite shower room and plenty of space to spare. This room also benefits from the fabulous views over to Snowdonia. Externally there is off road parking for up to four cars, a large patio area with outdoor fire pit under a pergola covered in a lovely clematis. Facilities include full central heating, dishwasher, freezer, washing machine, microwave, Wifi, DVD and garden furniture, three bathrooms and an additional WC. Off-road parking for four cars. The property has an ev charge point (available for £50 a week).  Bed linen and towels are supplied, gas and electricity are included in the tariff. This is pet-free, no-smoking property. It is possible to hire a hot tub at this property.

Location

Less than a mile from the local market town of Llangefni, all the local amenities are in easy reach, pubs, shops, restaurants the local golf course and of course Oriel Mon an excellent art gallery and museum of Anglesey's history. Being centrally located means Clai Cerrig is just a short drive from all the attractions of the island and only seventeen miles from the foot of Mt. Snowdon. The area is abundant in wildlife, including Red Squirrels, Woodpeckers, Red Kites and perhaps a Red Dragon if you are lucky (though any dragon sightings are so far unconfirmed). The castle town of Beaumaris, the wide sandy beaches of Red Warf Bay, Rhosneigr, and Newborough forest and beach (home of the legend of St. Dwynwen Wales' own St. Valentine), these and so much more are all just waiting for you to discover them.     Attractive looking house in lovely rural surroundings. Enough parking spaces for 3 cars was a bonus. The bedrooms were pleasant but as all 6 of us are us are used to king size beds, this proved to be a disadvantage. Kitchen appliances were modern an.
