A beautifu,l 5 star, detached house with enclosed garden and parking. Located in a prime location in Llandudno walking distance from all the amenities, two beaches, Victorian promenade, pier and tramway and a short drive into Snowdonia.

This quality home is laid out over 2 floors with the first floor having 4 bedrooms, the master with King size bed, TV and en-suite shower room (shower, WC and wash basin), a second bedroom with king size bed and TV, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. The family bathroom is also on the first floor (bath with shower over, WC and wash basin).

The ground floor has a large lounge and conservatory, a lovely kitchen-diner with utility/ laundry room and downstairs cloakroom (WC and wash basin). To the rear of the house is a fully enclosed garden with grassed area and large patio for relaxing in the evening sun. To the front is a driveway with off road parking for up to three cars, a garage suitable for secure bicycle storage and a small lawn with decorative borders.  

Facilities include full central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, DVD player and Wi-Fi internet access. Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in the tariff. This is a No Smoking property.  

 

Location

A lovely detached house in Llandudno, within walking distance of beaches on the main Promenade and the popular North Shore. This Victorian town has many restaurants and cafes and all town amenities, as well as the Great Orme counrty park which offers walks or a lovely drive with spectacular views, rare plants and an unusual flock of Kashmiri goats which roam freely, but can be hard to see. Alternatively travel by cable car or traditional tram to the top.  Llandudno is ideally placed for easy travel to the great Welsh castles in Conwy and Caernarfon, and into the Snowdonia mountains, whether for a leisurely walk by a lake, or an adrenalin filled activity.

    Excellent property , ideal for all amenities.

    Very clean and well fitted out property. Very comfortable and with almost all the amenities you could require. . Possibly the addition of an alarm radio in the main bedrooms could be considered. The owner provided welcome pack was much appreciated on arrival although the shops was an easy walk away. One major benefit of this property was the space for three cars on the drive as street parking was impossible. Owners made contact and gave added information which was appreciated. Very convenient, quiet location close to tram station and beach
